Two set sail by day and anchored in Frying Pan Bay on the north side of Beausoleil Island.
Five set sail from Penetanguishene in the dark, navigated Honey Harbour by feel and flashlight to make seven.
The party headed to the west side of Beckwith via the north/west route around Beausoleil, picked up another soul at Cedar Point and dropped anchor for the night on the south shore of Hope Island.
Sunday we headed back to Penetanguishene over top of Beckwith Island, pushed on by perfect winds. Mark treated us to a fresh fish fry-up when we tied up at Dutchman’s Cove.
